Sometimes life requires a bit spice, this recipe will give it to you by the bucket load. Serve this up with some cooling sour cream, tomatoey sweet salsa and your choice of salad and dips. You could easily use this recipe for fajitas or hard shell tacos, we just had wheat tacos on hand.
Instructions
Serves 2
2 chicken breasts, chopped into chunks
4 red chillies, diced
1 tbsp ancho chilli flakes
hot sauce
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 red onion, diced
1 tbsp Oregano
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 Bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
Put all ingredients, but the bell pepper, in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours
Half way through cooking add the bell pepper
Serve with salsa, soured cream and any other add ons you enjoy
