For those who can handle the heat!
This recipe can make quite a hot dish, so you may want to dial it down if you are not so good with spice. I served mine up with a paprika & chive blue cheese dip to offer a slightly cooling balance, as well as corn on cob and some potatoes from the garden.
Ingredients
Serves 2
500g chicken wings
3 tbsp hot sauce
2 tbsp paprika
2 garlic cloves
2 chillies, diced
Directions
Mix all the ingredients, other than the chicken, in a bowl
Place the chicken in the slow cooker and smother with the sauce
Cook on low for 6 hours
