Making delicious Sunday roasts easy!
Subtly sweet gammon recipe, it is so easy to get it going in the slow cooker making cooking that roast dinner less of a faff. I did this recipe when I was going to be out most of Sunday so could still enjoy a roast when I got back without the hanging around to cook the meat.
In my roast dinner I had the gammon, green beans, roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings.
