A one pot sweet and savoury noodle dish
A real crowd pleaser with very little effort necessary, all in the one pot. I added sugar snaps and carrot shavings to get in my veggies (as this is what I had in the fridge!) so these could be swapped out. Try adding mushrooms along with the chicken or spinach at the end.
Ingredients
Serves 2
350g chicken breasts
5 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp corn flour
5 garlic cloves, crushed
4 tbsp siracha
300g 'straight to wok' noodles
2 tbsp hoisin
1 tbsp crushed ginger
Sugar snaps
Carrot shavings (using a peeler)
Spring onion (optional garnish)
Direction
Add all the ingredients to slow cooker other than the noodles, carrots, sugar snaps and spring onions, mix well
Cook for 3 hours on high or 6 hours on low
Add the noodles, sugar snaps and carrot shavings. Stir, warming through for about 10 mins. Serve and garnish with the spring onions
