Buffalo Chicken Sliders with Blue Cheese Sauce

A spicy and sweet delight with an optional blue cheese sauce which adds balance to the spiciness. I served mine up as a slider using home made dinner rolls.


Instructions

Serves 4

  • 4 chicken breasts

  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 3 tbsp hot sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tbsp thyme

  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes (optional - if you like it extra hot!)


Blue Cheese Sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayo

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 60g blue cheese crumbled

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours

  2. Make up the blue cheese sauce by mixing up all the ingredients in a bowl
