BBQ Pulled Chicken Burgers

An easy one to throw all in the slow cooker



The chicken cooks away in smokey BBQ suace and spices, whcih falls apart when serving. Perfect to make a delicious burger!


I served mine up with salad, corn on the cob and avacado, so was very little preperation to do.


Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 chicken thigh fillets or breats

  • 100g BBQ sauce

  • 2 tbsp paprika

  • 3 tbsp tomoto puree

  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 1 red onion, halved and sliced

  • 1 lime, juiced

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients into the slow cooker and mix well

  2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4 hours
