Asian Pulled Pork

Sticky pulled pork with an Asian twist: tender meat full of flavour.

The best (and easiest!) way to make pulled pork is in the slow cooker. Using the classic Asian flavouring of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, Chinese five spice and ginger paste bringing that tang, honey to add sweetness and chilli's to bring the heat.

This dish is very straight forward, just put all the ingredients in the slow cooker and leave to stew! Easily scale up or down, just remember if you are using a bigger bit of pork you may want to cook it for slightly longer.

Get creative with how your serve it up, I served mine up with home made bao buns, a lime and sesame slaw, and gyoza's. This recipe also works great with chicken breasts.
